Streamkeeper Multi-DRM Monitoring
Verimatrix Streamkeeper Multi-DRM is a cloud-native DRM solution compatible with PlayReady, Widevine, and FairPlay. Through Verimatrix Platform you can access and monitor your Streamkeeper Multi-DRM data.
Prerequisites
Before you can use Streamkeeper Multi-DRM Monitoring, you must have:
- Verimatrix Platform login credentials
- An active trial or paid Streamkeeper Multi-DRM account connected to your data collection system

Streamkeeper Multi-DRM Monitoring Dashboard
After logging into the Verimatrix Portal, access Streamkeeper Multi-DRM Monitoring from the Monitoring menu item at the top right of the screen.
When you first enter the Monitoring screen you see a dashboard containing default monitoring graphs.
To Alter the Dashboard Time Range
The default time range of the dashboard is the 24 hours of the previous day.
To adjust the time range of all graphs, use the time drop-down at the top right of the screen to select an absolute or relative time range. You can also change the time zone from this drop-down.
To select a subsection of the current time range, use your mouse to click, hold and drag a box over your range selection on a graph. All graphs adjust to the new subsection selection.
To go back to the previous range, press the "Back" button on your browser.
To Refresh the Dashboard
The default refresh rate is off.
To refresh the dashboard, click the Refresh dashboard button at the top right of the screen.
To adjust the refresh rate, select the new rate from the refresh drop-down next to the Refresh dashboard button.
Total License Requests
The Total License Requests graph displays an aggregated count of failed and successful license requests.
Each trend line represents the data for the time window for a different request type. The total count per type is displayed in the legend below the graph.
Total Errors
The Total Errors graph displays the total number of errors generated within the system aggregated over all DRM, CPIX, and Auth type requests.
Each trend line represents the data for the time window for a different request type. The total number of errors per type is displayed in the legend below the graph.
Successful License Requests
The three Successful License Requests graphs display the aggregated count of successful requests that have been delivered. The three graphs are:
- Successful License Requests by DRM Type
- Successful License Requests by CPIX
- Successful License Requests by Auth
The total number of requests per type is displayed in the legend below the graph.
Failed License Requests
The three Failed License Requests graphs display the aggregated count of failed requests. The three graphs are:
- Failed License Requests by DRM Type
- Failed License Requests by CPIX
- Failed License Requests by Auth
The total number of requests per type is displayed in the legend below the graph.
Average Latency by DRM
The Average Latency by DRM graph displays the average license request response time in milliseconds for both successful and failed requests.
Top 10 Errors
The Top 10 Errors table displays a list of the top ten error types by occurrence during the selected time frame over all DRM types, CPIX, and Auth.
The default sort order is by error count from high to low. Click a column title to sort the table by that column.
