Customer Admin Role

  • Users with this role have full permissions for viewing, adding, deleting, and editing all users associated with their organization, including adding other Customer Admin users

Customer User Role

  • Users with this role see ‘Customer User’ as role in the User menu and the Account Management dropdown
  • A Customer Admin can restrict a Customer User's permissions:
    • Monitoring Only. A user with the Monitoring Only permission has access only to monitoring dashboards but can remain logged in for 8 hours even if inactive.
    • API Key Management: read only access or full permissions
    • Monitoring: permit dashboard access
    • Manage App Instances: enable update permissions on registered app
      NOTE Some of the permissions are license dependent and may not be active on your account.
