Multi-DRM Activity Dashboard

The VCAS Multi-DRM Activity Dashboard allows you to access and monitor your Multi-DRM data in real time. It provides information on Multi-DRM DRMs and devices, such as device population, license key requests traffic, latency of key requests, and entitlement transaction rates.

Request Success vs Request Failure by DRM

Request success: The definition of success depends on the type of DRM.

• Success MRPW: Successful license generation for Widevine content
• Success PRLS: Successful PlayReady license generation for keyID
• Success FPSA: Successful FairPlay entitlement for a device

Request failure: Any kind of error or failure is counted for each DRM.

Average Request Response Time by DRM

The response time is calculated from the time a license request is made to the time the license is successfully received.

Unique devices

The number of distinct devices that made requests based on MAC address or other device ID.

Average Requests per Second for DTV and VOD

Top 10 Errors

The ten errors that occurred most often during the selected time window. Select an error from the panel legend to isolate that error trend line. Reselect it to show all errors.
